⭐ 1 Star — Very Disappointing Experience ⚠️ I strongly recommend checking the weight and quality of your purchases before leaving this store. I purchased a box of molokhia that was labeled as 15 lbs and paid $60 for it. When I got home, I weighed the molokhia without the box, and it weighed only 11 lbs. The empty box itself weighed 3 lbs. I went back to the store the next day and spoke with the manager. He did not believe me, so I asked him to bring out another box filled with molokhia and weigh it in front of me. After seeing the result himself, instead of addressing the issue, he claimed that the scale was inaccurate and gave several explanations to avoid acknowledging the problem. I also purchased 10 lbs of stew meat. After keeping it refrigerated overnight in the same bag, I noticed a large amount of blood/liquid in the bag and that the meat had noticeably decreased in weight. Another concerning experience was with the seasoned/marinated chicken. I purchased approximately 5 lbs and kept it refrigerated overnight. The next day, when I took it out to grill, it had a very strong and unpleasant smell, so I could not use it and had to throw it away. On top of that, the prices at thi

Good variety of foods. They had my favorite, hard-to-find jam, and a lot of other interesting products. Pay attention to the produce, though! I bought some broccoli that was wrapped up, on a plastic tray. When I got home, I was able to closely inspect the broccoli as I cut it up. There were a lot of fuzzy cocoons and several black spots under the green crowns. Had to throw about half of it away. It's not a bargain if you can only eat half of what you bought!

A small taste of Jannah (heaven) was going to Altayebat today. If I could live in this store I would. The AC was pumping strong and cold, the staff was so nice and gentle I felt the love of the muminun in the air, it was so nice. The watermelon gummies made my mouth water and the Salaam Cola was oh so refreshing. I highly recommend everyone to check this place out.

One of my favorite markets to shop at. It is small, which means you get personal service. But even though it is small, they still have an outstanding selection of fresh produce and fresh fruit. They also have an impressive selection of Middle Eastern food items, such as dried figs. They have a meat counter that offers fresh lamb, among other items. They do not sell any pork. They also have some of the best olive oil available. Give this market a try. It is a much more personal experience than the big corporate supermarkets. And I quite like that.
